You know you did a good job if everyone gives you compliments about your brew.

You know you brewed a tasty beer if you get numerous cheers with everyone standing, cups raised.

But you REALLY know you did a good job when you go back to fill your cup, only to find the corny keg floatin’ in the ice :)

It seems 4 months of lager conditioning does the trick. Smooth, clear and very, very tasty.
